As part of development program, Rimbun Air is committed to invite more prospective pilots to join Rimbun team. Our development program includes 1 year of working experience and training for prospective pilots before entering ground school, simulator and line training program to become Rimbun Air's flight officer.

1. Ground support working experience and training
2. Aircraft maintenance working experience and training
3. Warehouse management working experience and training
4. Flight operation working experience and training
5. Boeing 737-300 Freighter ground school
6. Boeing 737-300 Freighter simulator program
7. Boeing 737-300 Freighter line training program

Successful candidate may receive a conditional job offer from Rimbun Air as Boeing 737 CL First Officer. All candidate must meet all Rimbun Air's requirement and qualification before joining the program.
